The Role As the Mandarin-Speaking Escrow Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every interaction with SeedTrust leaves a lasting positive impression on our clients. The primary responsibility is to support the escrow department to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Responsibilities: - Serve as the welcoming face and voice of SeedTrust, providing exceptional customer service to all clients. - Act as a trusted advocate for our clients, addressing their inquiries, questions, and concerns - Respond to and address all customer service inquiries promptly, providing clear and accurate information to ensure a positive client experience. - Generate detailed reports for clients, intended parents, and surrogates as required, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all parties involved. - Resolve matters promptly and ensure clients feel valued and supported during all phases of their journey.. - Create new surrogacy escrow accounts for intended parents and surrogates. - Help clients become proficient with our system by guiding them through account setup, portal navigation, and connecting with the escrow team - Assist in email inbox maintenance and delegating tasks across team members. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.  Primary responsibilities include searching the public records and examining titles to determine the legal condition of property title, primarily for residential properties, and creating solutions for curing title issues. Also, obtaining or summarizing recorded and legal documents, which affect the condition of title to the property. In some cases, the Title Examiner role requires gathering information and creating or revising a commitment of title before passing along to a Title Officer.
