Learn Outcome‑Driven Product Thinking - Track product performance using defined metrics and user feedback - Learn how to use data to validate decisions and guide improvements - Focus on delivering value and learning from results—not just shipping features What Success Looks Like: - You bring clarity where there is ambiguity - You take increasing ownership over product decisions and outcomes - You learn quickly from feedback, data, and mentorship - You become a trusted partner to Engineering and business stakeholders, both internal and external - You grow toward leading larger initiatives and more complex problem spaces What We’re Looking For: Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related role - Experience working with Agile teams and cross‑functional stakeholders - Experience supporting digital products, platforms, or internal tools Preferred Skills - Strong product management fundamentals with a desire to grow - Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements - Curiosity about technology, systems, and AI‑enabled development - Comfort working in fast‑moving, evolving environments - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Bias toward impact, learning, and continuous improvement We Love Candidates Who Have: - Exposure to AI‑enabled or data‑driven products - Experience with global or multi‑market products - Background in operational, platform, or internal‑tool environments - Familiarity with fast‑growing or evolving organizations - Experience with direct selling and working with field sales leaders Partner.Co Benefits & Perks: ❤️‍🩹 Health Benefits - Including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, as well as HSA contributions 🌴 Flexible Paid Time Off – Take the time you need, plus 11 company holidays! 💰 401(k) - We match 100% up to 3% of your contribution, and then another 50% up to 5% of your contribution. • Define and own the product vision, not a document in Confluence, but a living point of view that shapes every major decision we make • Turn company strategy into a roadmap that is ambitious, honestly sequenced, and defensible • Own continuous discovery: customer interviews, usage patterns, win/loss analysis, churn signals, as a habit, not a quarterly event • Build direct relationships with coordinators, property managers, and operators, understanding not just what frustrates them, but why it frustrates them and what it costs them • Go beyond feature requests to the behavioral patterns and business outcomes driving them, then make that case clearly to leadership • Partner with Engineering to ship quality product on a predictable cadence. No waterfall. No chaos. • Ensure every feature has an activation and adoption path before it ships, in partnership with Customer Success and Sales • Own the go-to-market narrative for every release: what changed, why it matters, and how it works • Define success metrics before work begins, tying product outcomes to customer business outcomes, not just usage stats • Lead the evaluation and integration of AI capabilities that create real efficiency gains for our users, not AI for the press release
