Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations

• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic guidance and insights to optimize revenue performance. • Collaborating closely with customer stakeholders to understand business goals and define high level strategy to optimize revenue operations processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success. • Contributing to the design and implementation of technical solutions to support revenue generation, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools. • Providing guidance and support to internal and external teams on best practices for revenue operations and technical implementations. • Developing a project plan to ensure compliance with all the agreed milestones, managing delivery dates, resourcing, and schedules. • Managing customer expectations and nurture the customer relationship by being the point person for all communication. • Working with the customer to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope or timeline. • Providing project direction on one or more projects while maintaining a high-quality level of service. Ensuring the quality of all deliverables. • Deeply understanding your customer’s business challenges, and providing insight in addressing these issues.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in consulting or SaaS environments
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and GTM strategies, with familiarity in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks while delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
