Job Requirements
- 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management in a SaaS environment
- Strong relationship-building with senior leaders (VPs)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to distill complex details into executive presentations
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to drive process improvements
- Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Current role in Strategy & Analytics, CSM or Customer Success Area Lead
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce org and products (Agentforce, Tableau, Data Cloud)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, SmartSheet, Quip, Slack
