Job Description Summary We are looking for an MRO Technical Trainer to deliver on-site Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) demonstrations of engine and module assembly and disassembly at customer facilities, helping to build and expand our global maintenance network capabilities. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer training on engine and module disassembly and assembly - Deliver customer training on stack and balance, rigging, and flow and vacuum check processes for engines and modules - Diagnose and resolve technical issues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory approvals, company standards, and industry best practices relevant to MRO operations - Support, mentor, and train internal team members to build technical capability and ensure consistent execution - Lead training-related improvement initiatives and projects as assigned by the MRO Training Coordinator - Travel to customer and training locations as required by business needs Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 1+ years of hands-on technical experience working on aircraft engines (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of hands-on technical experience working on aircraft engines). The Agriculture CRE/CTE Teacher is a highly qualified, state certified educator responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment. Teachers provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process, and focus on students’ individual needs. Teachers monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system. They actively work closely with students and parents/learning coaches to advance each student’s learning toward established goals. Teachers typically work from home but must travel occasionally throughout the year to various school functions, such as state testing or as otherwise required by the school. This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required.
