Associate Delivery Manager

Role Description We are seeking a Delivery Manager to support delivery of our regulatory reporting solutions for multi-jurisdictional financial clients. This role provides the opportunity to independently manage delivery workstreams across multiple client engagements and provide structured guidance to teams navigating regulatory and technical challenges. - Manage delivery across multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines. - Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing clear and structured updates. - Work autonomously to manage risks, issues and interdependencies. - Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, to maintain momentum and deliver quality outcomes. - Contribute to refining delivery methodology and improving internal processes. - Provide informal guidance to junior delivery team members. Qualifications - 4+ years' experience in technical delivery, project coordination or consulting within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with clients in a delivery capacity. - Strong understanding of data models and their role in reporting and system behaviour. - Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable delivery activities. - Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery progress. Requirements - Experience across multiple regulatory regimes. - Comfort participating in pre-sales or RFP discussions when required. - Interest in contributing ideas to product or methodology evolution. - Proficiency in an additional European language.
