The LHX Transformation teams’ goal is to provide a professional and impactful voice and uniform path for adoption for all enterprise-wide initiatives and provide support to functional transformation teams around the company. Essential Functions: - Drive the Enterprise Communications and Adoption team and its associated activities and initiatives, including the expansion of key pilot programs to Enterprise-wide LHX Transformation. - Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) Functional leaders to propel LHX Transformation initiatives across the enterprise. - Lead in the development and implementation of comprehensive adoption support and training plans for UDL applications and other enterprise transformation projects. - Travel is required to provide support for key activities in Melbourne (if remote). - Engage as needed with Functional Enterprise Transformation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization to ensure consistency in practices, communications, and adoption. - Advance Enterprise Transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. - Minimum 5-10 years of experience with enterprise communication, adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement or related fields; including execution and planning of large-scale enterprise events. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $126,000-$234,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $109,500-$203,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
