As Vice President of Emerging Channels and Distribution, you will own and scale one of OLIPOP’s most critical enterprise growth engines. Responsibilities - Enterprise Strategy & Commercial Leadership: - Establish and lead the enterprise strategy for Alternative Channels and Distributor Management. - Align long-range growth priorities with OLIPOP’s broader commercial and brand strategy. - Manage channel portfolio P&L, making high impact decisions on selling story, investment, tradeoffs, and resource allocation. - Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans across customers and distributors. - Distributor Strategy & Scale: - Shape and lead OLIPOP’s national and regional distributor strategy. - Strengthen partnerships with broadline and specialty distributors (e.g., Sysco, UNFI, McLane, CoreMark, Vistar). - Build and lead the Distributor Management function. - Cross Functional Influence & Decision Leadership: - Serve as a senior connector across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. - Influence decisions that span multiple functions and carry enterprise level impact. - Navigate complex, ambiguous tradeoffs with strong judgment. - Represent OLIPOP externally with customers, distributors, and partners. - Team Leadership & Capability Building: - Build, lead, and develop a high performing team. - Establish scalable sales frameworks and routines. - Model OLIPOP leadership standards; leading with clarity, trust, inclusion, and strong executive presence. This role reports into the Chief Supply Chain & Operations Officer, and will work closely with senior level management across the organization.
