What you'll do We are looking for a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer to own the visual execution of our marketing and product initiatives across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and product storytelling, and will partner closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to translate ideas into high-impact creative. You will design assets that drive clarity, conversion, and consistency, while evolving our visual system as the company scales. The role will be based in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities: - Design high-quality creative assets across digital marketing channels, including: Paid media (LinkedIn, Google, display, social) - Website and landing pages - Design for Product marketing assets (one-pagers, decks, case studies) - Translate briefs, concepts, and performance insights into clear, compelling visual designs - Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Product teams to support launches, campaigns, and experiments - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems - Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Ensure all creative is on-brand, accessible, and optimized for each channel Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. • Manage design/drafting projects from concept to completion • Provides design solutions for design/development projects and product change requests • Prepare product documentation, checking the dimensions of parts, material to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to the whole structure. • Drawings to include but are not limited to the following: System/component model, installation/layout/ weldment/assembly drawings, piece part drawings, and isometric drawings • Utilize red-lined drawings, engineering change requests, and any instructions supplied to prepare revised drawings incorporating dimensional change or pertinent data • Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings • Uses computer assisted drawings (2D/3D CAD) equipment and software • Interact with engineering and manufacturing personnel to solve any problems that may arise during the manufacturing process and to document the corrective action • Participate in design reviews to determine the feasibility of proposed designs and offer opinions for product improvement • Other duties as assigned
