Ideal Background - 5–8+ years of iOS development experience with a strong portfolio of shipped production apps. - Expert in Swift and SwiftUI using the latest practices, with knowledge of Objective-C, Combine, UIKit, or other Apple technologies a bonus. - Strong understanding of iOS app architecture, asynchronous programming, performance optimization, and security best practices. - Experience with mobile app system design - Experience with full stack JavaScript/TypeScript (React; Node; Express/Koa) with production apps. - Expertise in SQL, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB). - Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL API design and consumption. - Proficiency with CI/CD, automated testing, Git/GitFlow, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Experience integrating AI/ML services into mobile apps is highly desirable. - Strong UX sensibility and ability to deliver user-friendly mobile/web experiences. - Comfortable mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and influencing technical direction. - Experience in high-growth startups or fast-moving product environments is a plus. Compensation & Benefits The expected base salary range for this role is $180,000 – $210,000 USD, and will vary based on skills, experience, role level, and geographic location.
