Job Description We are looking for a Software Developer to augment the Pensions Retired Payroll / Retirements project team. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Trenton, NJ. What You’ll Do - This contract is for one Developer (Natural) to augment the Pensions Retired Payroll / Retirements project team for the following projects: Pensions Legacy Modernization; and Adding Ret-Code '14' for Court Ordered cases - The candidate will be expected to use MSWORD and MSEXCEL to produce project documentation and must have previous experience performing documentation tasks. - The candidate will be expected to communicate verbally and in writing with the client and must have previous experience performing client contact - Contractor must work onsite for minimally a month. After this time, they can apply to work hybrid - The candidate will work a 40-hour week between the core hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. What You'll Need Required: - 5 years of Natural Programming experience - 5 years of ADABAS Database experience - 5 years of Job Control Language (JCL) experience - 5 years of TSO/ISPF experience - 5 years of experience Leading a Project - 2 years of MSWord experience - 2 years of MSExcel experience Preferred: - 2 years of Java experience - 2 years of Oracle experience Physical Demands - Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards - Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. - Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
