Director of IT Business Partnership

Enterprise Community Partners

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business leaders, including C-Suite executives • Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding the development of IT roadmaps and investment strategies • Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement • Oversee the IT demand management process, ensuring efficient decision making about project intake and prioritization • Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT Business Partners and Analysts • Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and industry trends to transform business operations

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in leadership roles within IT, business relationship management or Project management
  • 5+ years of management of teams preferred
  • Proven track record of optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency and alignment with IT capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with senior executives, including Presidents and C-Suite leaders
  • Extensive background in IT demand management, business analysis, strategic planning, and program management
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BRM, MBRM , Six Sigma, BPM) are highly desirable

The estimated base salary for this role is $196,000 - $257,250. - Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s equity plan.
