Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth through direct engagement with end customers within the assigned German territory. The role owns customer relationships, opportunity strategy, and commercial execution, managing complex, long‑cycle sales opportunities from early engagement through order intake. This position is a remote, field‑based role, ideally located in Western / Northwestern Germany, covering that territory. The role requires regular customer engagement, site visits, and stakeholder meetings, with an expected travel requirement of approximately 50%.
