Responsibilities The Manager, Advisor Recruitment – US Eastern Region is a field-based business development role responsible for driving new independent advisor acquisition across the Eastern United States. This role is heavily focused on proactive “hunter” activity — generating leads, building pipeline through industry events and conferences, networking within luxury travel communities, and closing high-potential advisors into the Global Travel Collection (GTC).
