Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Lead Fleet Performance. On ENERCON's website you can find more information about the different components and technology in a wind turbine: ENERCON technology | Wind turbines with direct drive . - Leading turbine product over the entire product life cycle. - Continuous series improvement of Enercon turbines, e.g. qualification of new suppliers, after-sales. - Management and processing of operational problems from production, service and authorities. - Develop project plans to lead the cross-functional team in alignment with the issues at hand in the field. - Active project management. - Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle. - Manage project budget, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions. - Coordination of projects and their dependencies. - Use and manage resources for different projects. - Management of product changes in the project together with the Product Change Manager. - Management of project topics with the central functions and external stakeholders. - Inform and present (interim) results for (top) management.
