• Engages in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning for management decisions. • Responsible for utilizing strategies and technology to analyze current and historical data with the objective of improving decision-making and providing a competitive advantage for the organization. • Conducts comprehensive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data from diverse internal and external sources, contributing significantly to strategic business decisions. • Demonstrates proficiency in crafting and executing complex data queries, presenting findings through detailed reports tailored to stakeholders' needs. • Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to generate dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights, pinpointing trends and anomalies with precision. • Engages closely with users and decision-makers to pinpoint optimal data sources, necessary data elements, and robust validation standards. • Leads collaborative efforts with development teams to conceptualize and implement sophisticated business intelligence solutions, streamlining data management processes. • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization. • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents. • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner. • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members. • Individual contributor working with limited oversight. • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
