• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and analytical applications • Build and optimize data models and visualizations for sales, pricing, product, and demand planning analytics • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions • Integrate data from Snowflake and other enterprise systems into Qlik Sense • Ensure performance, scalability, and usability of BI solutions • Follow established coding standards and BI development best practices • Support data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of reporting issues • Produce technical documentation and user guidance for BI solutions • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Architects to ensure proper data modeling and data flow.

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, including dashboards, semantic models, and reporting frameworks • Architect scalable data solutions and pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake • Define and implement data modeling standards (star/snowflake schemas) and optimize performance at scale • Engage with senior stakeholders to define data strategy, KPIs, and analytics roadmaps • Own client relationships, ensuring successful delivery, value realization, and long-term partnerships • Provide thought leadership in BI, analytics, and data architecture; drive innovation and adoption of best practices • Mentor and guide teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability building • Establish governance frameworks, data quality standards, and self-service BI enablement

• Develops customized, dynamic, and aesthetically pleasing on-line reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI • Creates, designs, and customizes data visualizations, including charts, tables, and report layouts • Work directly with market and channel leaders and their teams, helping them leverage data and technology to maximize business impact • Analyzes a wide variety of sales data to derive insights • Write queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms
