About the Role We're seeking an experienced Associate Director of Customer Engineering to lead our technical integration team in delivering complex, enterprise-grade integrations for Fortune 500 customers. You'll manage a team of Integration Consultants who work directly with customers to implement and integrate our AI-powered supply chain visibility platform with existing enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, and other TMS/WMS/ERP solutions. This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical leadership position reporting to the Director of Engineering. You'll be a player/coach with the ability to manage a diverse team of onshore and offshore consultants while participating in hands-on technical work to lead by example. You'll work in close partnership with our Professional Services organization to ensure seamless integration delivery across our traditional visibility solutions and emerging agentic AI capabilities.
