Junior Commissioning Engineer
Serverfarm
• Own and implement the Serverfarm commissioning strategy in the execution of L4-L5 commissioning activities. • Drive quality by recommending and enforcing standards for testing the functional performance critical infrastructure systems. • Help DEV teams to validate new equipment and suppliers and ensure QA and QC of documentation. • Identify training requirements for new equipment and updated sequence of operations (SOO) for operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or closely aligned engineering discipline, or commensurate industry experience or military experience in lieu of degree may be acceptable.
- 2+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Perform Tests: perform a variety of tests, such as, smoke, regression, integration, and performance, cross browser, cross platform and responsive testing (PC, mobile and tablet), API testing, and any needed test per the test plan to confirm the stability of software systems. • Report Bugs: report clear bugs and track them using tools like DevOps. • Perform Automation: generate automation scripts.
