Monitoring & Controlling - Continuously monitor project performance against the baseline for scope, schedule, and cost. - Analyze variances, manage changes through formal processes, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Maintain visibility into progress through reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates. Budget & Resource Management - Build and manage project budgets, forecasting costs and controlling expenses. - Coordinate and optimize resource allocation across internal teams and vendors. Risk & Issue Management - Identify and analyze risks; maintain a Risk & Issue Register. - Implement mitigation and contingency plans proactively.
