Experience executing or leading studies for one or more of these standards. - Familiarity with utilities, developers, operators, and renewable companies subject to NERC. - Relevant experience includes small- to medium-scale project lead engineering experience on projects. - Knowledge of substation and grid operation as they relate to the above listed. - Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. - Candidate must have good English verbal and written communication skills, be willing to travel and work successfully in a customer-focused, project-oriented environment. - Must be flexible to a variety of schedules to meet business needs and able to prioritize responsibilities and quickly adapt to change in a pressure work environment. - Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.
