Role Description This role provides an exciting opportunity to own and build the operational backbone of a high-volume, multi-rail payment platform. You will manage end-to-end reconciliation, settlements, and dispute workflows across ACH, RTP/FedNow, card rails, and stablecoins, ensuring reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. As a hands-on operator, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Banking partners to implement scalable processes and automation. This position allows you to define operational standards that will support 10x current transaction volumes while improving monitoring, exception handling, and partner communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and is passionate about building operational infrastructure from the ground up. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payment operations, fintech operations, or financial partner operations at a payment processor, bank, or payments infrastructure company
  • Deep understanding of multi-rail money movement, including ACH, RTP/FedNow, Visa Direct, Mastercard Move, and ideally stablecoin rails
  • Hands-on reconciliation expertise, including data analysis, query writing, and tooling implementation
