Senior Business Development Representative
ROIT
• Conduct proactive prospecting of new clients through calls, emails, and social media. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. • Maintain close relationships with leads to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. • Use CRM tools to manage and record all prospecting and qualification activities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation strategies. • Participate in trainings and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience in sales or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proactivity and results orientation.
- Previous experience in B2B sales (a plus).
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques (a plus).
