Role Description - Planejar, configurar e manter a infraestrutura de rede sem fio, com foco em soluções corporativas como Ruckus, assegurando a cobertura, desempenho, segurança e o acesso de usuários via autenticação Radius. - Projetar e gerenciar a segmentação da rede utilizando VLANs, além de configurar políticas de Qualidade de Serviço (QoS) para priorizar o tráfego crítico (voz, vídeo, etc.). - Administrar e configurar regras de segurança, políticas de acesso e VPNs (IPSec/SSL) em Firewalls, garantindo a proteção da rede perimetral e o controle de acesso, em linha com as políticas de segurança. - Instalar, configurar e realizar a manutenção contínua de serviços essenciais de rede, como DHCP e DNS (incluindo administração de zonas), serviço de diretório, servidor de impressão, servidor de arquivos, dentre outros serviços de rede garantindo sua alta disponibilidade. - Projetar e fiscalizar a aplicação de forma a garantir a conformidade com as normas de cabeamento estruturado (EIA/TIA) durante a instalação, expansão e manutenção da infraestrutura física da rede. - Atuar como ponto de escalonamento (Nível II) para incidentes complexos de rede, identificando a causa raiz e implementando soluções definitivas para minimizar o MTTR (Tempo Médio para Reparo). - Configurar e manter a integração da rede e dos sistemas de acesso (Wi-Fi, VPN, dentre outros) com o Serviço de Diretório (Ex: Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft EntraID), para autenticação e gestão centralizada de usuários. - Configurar, gerenciar e dar suporte aos servidores de impressão da organização, garantindo a disponibilidade e o correto mapeamento dos recursos de impressão na rede. - Monitorar e garantir a performance de circuitos, servidores e serviços de redes trabalhando em conjunto com operadoras de telecomunicações e fornecedores de hardware e serviços para solucionar falhas nos circuitos e ativos. - Elaborar e manter a documentação técnica da rede (diagramas lógicos e físicos, inventário e procedimentos operacionais padrão), além de propor ativamente melhorias e otimizações de performance.
