• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time management. • Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required. • Assist in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and research as needed. • Take comprehensive and accurate meeting notes, ensuring follow-ups are documented and tracked. • Conduct thorough research on a variety of topics and summarize findings effectively. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times. • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. • Create, format, and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis. • Draft emails, reports, and professional correspondence as required. • Coordinate and assist with team projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage urgent requirements while progressing long-term objectives. • Manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow. • Leverage technology and digital tools to optimize administrative processes and improve efficiency. • Support management and teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any academic discipline
- Prior experience as an Admin Assistant / BPO role will be a plus.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Role Description Le service financier (12 agents actuellement) se renforce et recrute un(e) gestionnaire pour assurer la gestion administrative et financière des contrats d'apprentissage, en lien avec les financeurs (OPCO : Opérateurs de Compétences), entreprises et les différents acteurs internes et externes, afin de garantir la conformité des dossiers et la fluidité des encaissements. Le/la futur(e) gestionnaire bénéficiera d’une formation interne aux outils de gestion (plateformes OPCO, logiciels métiers), ainsi que d’un accompagnement personnalisé pour faciliter sa prise de poste et s’approprier la règlementation en vigueur.
