Product Listing Manager

Role Description - Manage and maintain product listings across internal systems and online platforms - Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization - Upload, update, and audit product information including specifications, pricing, SKUs, and compliance details - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, marketing, and operations) to ensure accurate product setup - Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain listing integrity - Troubleshoot listing issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently - Analyze product data using Excel to identify gaps, errors, or optimization opportunities - Support new product launches from a technical setup perspective - Ensure alignment of product information across multiple platforms and databases - Maintain documentation and process improvements for listing workflows Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data validation, basic analysis) - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong multitasking and organizational abilities - Technical aptitude and ability to work within backend systems - Self-starter with initiative and a proactive mindset - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Comfortable working U.S. hours Requirements - Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits. Role Description The Product Development Specialist is responsible for developing Rijk Zwaan seed business in the San Joaquin Valley Region. Within this role, you are responsible for organizing and following variety trials in consultation with Rijk Zwaan staff, distributors, growers, and cooperating companies with a focus on vegetables. In addition, you are also responsible for the introduction and sales of the total Rijk Zwaan open field product development activities for all outdoor varieties in the San Joaquin Valley Region USA. The position is remote based in San Joaquin Valley, California.
