Role Description The Sales Assistant will support the company's wholesale sales team by managing pipeline activity, coordinating customer communications, and handling operational sales tasks. The role focuses on maintaining organized sales processes, following up with customers, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks so the sales team can focus on closing deals. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with existing customers and warm leads via WhatsApp, email, phone, and LinkedIn. - Maintain and update internal systems with customer interactions, notes, and order status. - Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and order updates. - Prepare and send inventory lists, product catalogs, and pricing sheets to customers. - Schedule meetings and calls for members of the sales team. - Track outstanding quotes and notify the team about deals that require follow-up. - Assist with payment follow-ups and account reconciliation tasks. - Compile and deliver daily and weekly reports on sales activity and pipeline updates. - Support general administrative tasks related to sales operations.
