Location: San Mateo, CA (Remote)Duration: 8 months Duties: - Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, execution oversight, and validation of all Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) activities in preparation for Go Live across Ambulatory, Behavioral Health, and Home Health workflows and technical systems. - Develop and maintain the comprehensive TDR strategy and execution plan. - Define TDR scope across clinical and operational domains and establish rehearsal objectives aligned to Go Live success criteria. - Identify technical dependencies and sequencing across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and security domains. - Develop detailed run-of-show documentation, playbooks, scripts, and validation checklists. - Coordinate and execute multiple TDR cycles (e.g., infrastructure TDR, integrated TDR, command center TDR). - Serve as the central point of coordination between application teams, infrastructure teams, interface/integration teams, security and identity management, reporting/analytics, device deployment teams, clinical operations, revenue cycle, and vendor partners. - Facilitate planning sessions, readiness checkpoints, and cross-functional alignment meetings. - Ensure production environment readiness and validate user provisioning and role-based access controls. - Oversee validation of interface functionality, data exchange, printing and device workflows, and mobile/remote access (including Home Health requirements). - Validate scheduling, registration, check-in workflows, clinical documentation, order management, medication workflows, revenue cycle and charge capture processes. - Ensure compliance with Behavioral Health privacy and data segmentation requirements. - Validate downtime and recovery procedures and confirm rollback readiness. - Identify, document, and mitigate technical and operational risks; maintain TDR risk logs and issue tracking with defined SLAs. - Escalate high-risk issues to Program Leadership and conduct post-TDR debriefs and readiness assessments. - Validate command center workflows, including incident routing, triage, escalation procedures, staffing models, and contact trees. - Produce Go/No-Go readiness recommendations supported by KPI metrics. - Deliver executive-level readiness summaries and reporting, tracking metrics such as scenario completion rates, critical defect closure rates, interface success rates, user provisioning accuracy, and device readiness.
