Role Description - Asesorar a los beneficiarios en el desarrollo de sus proyectos. - Brindar orientación y realizar seguimiento de la participación de los beneficiarios a las sesiones sincrónicas, del cumplimiento de las actividades asincrónicas y entrega de evaluaciones o avances de proyectos. - Identificar oportunamente a los participantes que se encuentran en riesgo de deserción o desaprobación para la aplicación de estrategias y acciones para favorecer su permanencia y culminación exitosa. - Verificar la asistencia de los participantes al inicio y final del horario de cada día, en la plataforma virtual. - Remitir de manera quincenal a cada beneficiario el resultado de sus evaluaciones y rendimiento alcanzados, mediante correo electrónico o a través de la plataforma. - Programar sesiones de reforzamiento con aquellos beneficiarios que presenten dificultades de aprendizaje. - Otras acciones para identificar riesgo de deserción o de desaprobación. Qualifications - Bachiller o profesional técnico en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de sistemas, ciencias de la computación, psicología o Educación. (Acreditado) - Experiencia específica de 1 año como tutor, consejero, orientador académico, jefe de práctica, acompañante, auxiliar académico o docente o afines. (Acreditado) Requirements - Cada tutor tendrá a su cargo entre 40 a 50 participantes. - Modalidad de trabajo: Remoto. - Inicio de proyecto: Abril o Mayo. - Duración del proyecto: 9 meses aproximadamente. - Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm.
Job Requirements
- Bachiller o profesional técnico en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de sistemas, ciencias de la computación, psicología o Educación. (Acreditado)
- Experiencia específica de 1 año como tutor, consejero, orientador académico, jefe de práctica, acompañante, auxiliar académico o docente o afines. (Acreditado)
- Cada tutor tendrá a su cargo entre 40 a 50 participantes.
- Modalidad de trabajo: Remoto.
- Inicio de proyecto: Abril o Mayo.
