In this role, you’ll own payroll coordination and benefits administration while supporting core HR operations and compliance programs across our U.S., Canada, and global contractor workforce. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure payroll runs accurately, benefits are administered smoothly, and employees receive timely support across systems including TriNet, Rippling, Deel, and BambooHR. This is a highly operational and hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys owning payroll and benefits processes, improving HR systems, solving problems, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly across a distributed global team.
