The Associate Counsel will focus on reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of customer and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including executive leadership, Compliance, Sales, Vendor Management, and Operations, providing practical legal guidance to support business objectives while managing risk.
