Role Description Rejoignez un projet ambitieux de construction de service public de proximité ! Le Service des Solidarités Territoriales (SST) n°14 est en cours de création. Il couvrira six communes et développera une offre de services adaptée aux besoins locaux. En tant que chef(fe) d’unité, rattaché(e) au responsable du SST14, vous encadrez et pilotez l’unité "Accompagnement et suivi du public". À ce titre, vous êtes chargé(e) de : - Manager et structurer votre équipe pour garantir un accompagnement personnalisé des personnes et familles (désignation des référents de parcours, coordination des interventions). - Assurer la coordination interne avec les équipes d’évaluation et de gestion des droits, et externe avec les SST 6 et 8 dans le cadre de la préfiguration. - Contribuer à l’élaboration du projet de service et à l’organisation des méthodes de travail, en proposant des solutions agiles et innovantes. - Analyser l’activité à travers des indicateurs sociodémographiques et de performance. - Animer les partenariats territoriaux (communes, associations, institutions). Qualifications - Attaché territorial titulaire, conseiller socio-éducatif titulaire de la fonction publique ou contractuel possédant un diplôme de niveau bac +3 minimum dans le domaine social. - Expérience significative en management d’équipe dans le champ social ou médico-social. - Maîtrise des politiques sociales des Départements et connaissance des enjeux actuels du travail social. - Aise avec la conduite de projet, l’analyse et la synthèse. - Capacité à fédérer, à innover et à porter une vision globale des situations sociales.
Job Requirements
