• Be present where the work happens • Spend significant time on-site with customers across North America • Identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities firsthand • Build relationships with plant managers, process engineers, and project leaders • Engage early, before projects are formally defined or tendered • Build and close a strong pipeline • Develop and manage a pipeline across: Engineering studies Brownfield upgrades Modular plant and capital solutions • Own a personal revenue target and deliver against it • Drive complex sales cycles involving technical and commercial stakeholders • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM discipline • Turn operational challenges into projects • Translate plant issues into scoped, costed solutions • Partner with engineering teams to develop executable proposals • Lead opportunities from concept through negotiation to contract award • Drive adoption of engineered & modular solutions • Position modular and capital equipment solutions within customer engagements • Identify opportunities for plant expansions, upgrades, and retrofits • Build long-term relationships that support repeat and follow-on business • Provide market feedback to support product and commercial strategy • Lead commercial strategy on opportunities • Qualify deals based on strategic fit, risk, and margin potential • Define win strategies early in the pursuit process • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations • Contribute to improving sales tools, messaging, and win rates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience across technical and commercial roles in: Engineering consulting EPC/EPCM Capital equipment or mining/mineral processing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience developing business before formal RFP/tender stage
- Background in plant upgrades, process improvements, or engineering studies
- Experience selling or supporting capital equipment / modular solutions
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America, and internationally as required.

About the Role Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Relations, the Senior Manager of Partner Relations for DMC will play a key role in building and growing partnerships with Destination Management Company (DMC) partners in key markets across the globe. This role is primarily focused on DMC competitiveness analysis, and ensuring favorable commercial terms and long term relationships with DMCs. In addition, this role will lead the evaluation and procurement of the right connectivity solutions between DMCs and Range Group. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with DMC partners and Connectivity Partners to secure optimal pricing and inventory, while working with internal stakeholders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and enhance product value. This role is critical in shaping commercial outcomes and maximizing value from our activities offerings. Key Responsibilities - Support and/or lead DMC contract negotiations, ensuring competitive availability and rates and favorable commercial terms aligned with Range Group’s overall buying strategy. - Support and/or lead connectivity contract negotiations, ensuring real time availability and competitive rates across Range Group. - Analyze DMC performance data, reporting, and competitive shop insights to identify opportunities for rate optimization and margin improvement. - Execute strategies to enhance DMCs competitiveness across key markets, adapting approaches based on real-time data and business priorities. - Maintain ongoing dialogue with DMCs and Connectivity partners to review performance, resolve issues, and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen our offering. - Continuously monitor supply and market dynamics to build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and inform negotiation strategies. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Operations, other travel vertical Partner Relations team and Sales teams to ensure negotiated rates drive both profitability and customer value.
