Role Description Are you passionate about supporting people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities? AUCD, a national nonprofit organization supporting the disability community, is seeking a highly motivated, accomplished, organized, and goal-oriented Program Manager to support the MCH Engagement Team. The Program Manager will provide technical assistance (TA) to interdisciplinary training and research programs/centers across the United States, primarily Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Other Related Disabilities (LEND) and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) training programs. The Manager will work collaboratively with the MCH Engagement Team to: - Support the development, delivery, and evaluation of training and TA provided to LEND and DBP programs, including their trainees. - Support the quality, efficacy, and continuity of all TA activities provided. This individual's responsibilities also support UCEDDs (University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities) through AUCD's contract with ACL's Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disability Programs. Role Description The Technical Training Manager oversees the Lifetime Services technical training team which is responsible for developing and delivering Material Handling Equipment training programs to TGWs Lifetime Services (LTS) Site Teams.
