• Process modeling expertise – experience using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, etc., and knowledge of BPMN 2.0. • Consulting mindset – strategic thinking, adaptability, and ability to work independently while guiding small teams. • Strong business analysis expertise – requirements gathering, process improvement, gap analysis, and workshop facilitation. • High-level technical architecture understanding – awareness of system integrations, APIs, enterprise applications, and overall architecture landscape. • Strong data flow knowledge (critical requirement) – ability to create data flow diagrams, document source-to-target mappings, and understand end-to-end data movement across systems. • Heavy documentation experience – ownership of BRDs, FRDs, technical specifications, process models, and structured documentation. • Enterprise-level exposure – experience working in large, complex environments with cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong client-facing experience – managing stakeholders, leading workshops, presenting to leadership, and driving consensus. • Excellent communication skills – clear, structured, and able to translate between business and technical teams.

Job Requirements

  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to think strategically, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt quickly in dynamic client environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops, align diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus in complex enterprise environments
  • Experience with large enterprise system architecture
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles/framework
  • Proficient in creating both business and technical process models (e.g. ACDs, data flow diagrams)
  • Solid business analysis skills with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, active listening)
  • Excellent client interfacing skills, including responsiveness, adaptability, and follow-through
  • Experience with modeling tools such as Vision. Lucidchart, Bizzdesign, Bizagi, etc., and creating process diagrams leveraging BPMN 2.0 standards.
