Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or GED equivalent - 1 or more years’ experience in a customer service role Preferred - Associate degree - 1 or more years’ experience with a medical background - 1 or more years’ experience working in a contact center/call center environment. - 1 or more years’ experience working in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital.
