Insights & Analysis - Conduct data analysis to generate insights that inform client strategy and support Client Services in their engagements. - Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations using visualizations and presentations. - Contribute to proactive analytics that support client outcomes and operational decision-making. Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to company compliance standards, including reporting any noncompliance. - Support the development and implementation of quality controls and departmental standards to satisfy organizational and regulatory requirements. - Participate in internal training sessions to support continued learning and development. Required Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. - Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or pharmacy benefits. - Familiarity with pharmacy claims data and client reporting metrics. - Expertise in SQL with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices. - Proficiency in Tableau for developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations. - Working knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses. - Experience with dbt and GitHub-based workflows. - Ability to perform complex analyses and synthesize findings into business insights. - Track record of partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultative analytics support. - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
