Join SentinelOne’s Learning and Development (L&D) team this summer and gain hands-on experience in shaping the future of employee development at a leading cybersecurity company. As an intern, you’ll contribute to projects that directly impact how employees grow and succeed. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the importance of employee growth and development initiatives, program management best practices, instructional design insights and Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms. Over 10 weeks, you’ll be involved in key projects that will allow you to analyze how employees engage with learning and take ownership of creating a pilot program to engage a virtual speaker series. Additionally, you will collaborate with the L&D team to improve training resources. If you’re passionate about learning, innovation, and making a difference, we’d love to have you join! What will you do? - Develop a learning engagement and impact dashboard strategy – Identify trends and analyze how employees are engaging with the L&D global offerings to create a new reporting framework - Own a key project – Design and pilot a lightweight speaker series to increase the impact of internal experts sharing knowledge in an excitable way - Format and optimize learning resources – Improve the structure and usability of guides and toolkits to enhance accessibility for employees What skills and knowledge should you bring? - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Instructional Design and Technology, Learning Experience Design, or a related field - Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, instructional design principles for content creation, or with digital design applications is a plus - Proficient in Google Workspace - Familiarity with Slack and online communities preferred Why us? This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.
