• Performs as key functional analyst and developer for an application, designs and develops solutions that support a department's business needs/issues, and ensures data quality. • Manages the production platform, develops new application functionalities, and modifies existing rules and applications. • Works with the application owners outside of IT to oversee the day to day and cyclical operations of an application for budgeting and forecasting processes and reporting needs. • Plans, develops, tests and implements changes and new functionalities as requested by the application owners. • Work with cross IT Teams and application owners to troubleshoot and resolve any and all system issues to ensure timely resolutions and solutions for the future. • Stays current on all updates and patches. • Mentors lower level team members on IT processes and functional module knowledge. • Champions and leads technology and process improvement initiatives. • Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Lead and support the design, development, and implementation of advanced programming solutions for large-scale health research and evaluation projects. • Oversee data management workflows, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and integration from multiple sources (e.g., claims, EHR, survey data). • Develop and optimize reusable code libraries, macros, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across projects. • Conduct complex statistical analyses and generate high-quality outputs including tables, listings, and visualizations for technical reports and publications. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to programming teams, including code reviews, training, and guidance on best practices. • Collaborate with statisticians, researchers, and data scientists to translate analytical requirements into executable code. • Ensure compliance with data security protocols and regulatory requirements in secure computing environments. • Contribute to proposal development by designing analytic approaches, estimating level of effort, and drafting technical sections. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, reproducibility, and workflow automation. • Represent AIR in client meetings and technical discussions, communicating complex programming concepts clearly and effectively.

What You Bring - Industry Experience: 8+ years as a Solutions Architect, Sr. Pre-Sales Engineer, or Field CTO is preferred. - Program Management: Demonstrated success in technical project management, overseeing technical programs, meeting timelines, and key deliverables. - Leadership Experience: 4+ years of success in a technical pre-sales leadership role, preferably as a Director. - Technical Expertise: Strong background and demonstrated proficiency across Cloud Technologies, Networking, Physical Security, Storage, and Software; industry certifications will be considered. - Travel Requirements: This role requires regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations as needed.
