Senior Manager, Affiliate
Blueprint
Death is our only foe. Blueprint was founded by Bryan Johnson, who has the world’s best comprehensive biomarkers. He is quantitatively the healthiest person on the planet. Blueprint is methodically built on science. Bryan freely shares his protocol, learnings and data with everyone to use. Blueprint has also developed a family of nutritional products to make the benefits of the Blueprint protocol affordable and available to all. We’re a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply, provide healthy food to everyone, and build Don’t Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence. We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Affiliate to own Blueprint's affiliate channel. The scope spans building the program infrastructure, recruiting and managing the partner portfolio, and ensuring every dollar of commission spend is tied to real, incremental revenue. You'll report to the Sr. Director of Paid Media and work in close coordination with Paid Media on attribution and measurement. You'll oversee publisher placements, creator-commerce platforms, social commerce channels, and the tracking infrastructure that ties all of it together.
Job Requirements
- Position Responsibilities:
- Build and manage Blueprint's affiliate program end-to-end, including platform setup, partner recruitment, commission architecture, tracking integrity, and ongoing optimization against CPA and revenue targets.
- Own publisher and media partnerships across editorial, review, comparison, and high-intent health and wellness content properties, including individual publishers managed through affiliate networks (e.g. AWIN, Impact). Identify and recruit partners whose audiences are aligned with Blueprint's product positioning and whose content standards meet the brand bar.
- Manage Blueprint's presence across creator-commerce and social commerce platforms including LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and Meta/Instagram Shop.
- Recruit, onboard, and convert high-performing partners into consistent revenue drivers through proactive outbound sourcing, structured onboarding programs, performance challenges, and tiered incentive frameworks. Activate partners at scale through offer calendars, posting prompts, and commission-based motivators that drive output without eroding margin.
- Build and manage commission structures and performance bonus frameworks with full accountability to unit economics.
- Partner with Paid Media on attribution methodology to ensure affiliate-driven revenue is measured accurately and incrementally.
- Partner with Organic Growth to prioritize initiatives for LLM visibility.
- Define and track performance KPIs across the affiliate portfolio. Build reporting that is legible and actionable to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Basic Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of affiliate marketing experience within health, wellness, longevity, CPG, or e-commerce. Experience of direct ownership of program strategy, budget, and outcomes is the bar.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale affiliate programs from zero, including platform setup, partner recruitment, commission architecture, and performance optimization.
- Deep platform fluency across Impact, ShareASale, AWIN, LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, Meta/Instagram Shop, and comparable tools at the infrastructure level.
- Strong command of attribution methodology including last-click, multi-touch, and incrementality testing. Experience working alongside a performance media team and understanding how affiliate fits into the broader measurement picture.
- Proven ability to build commission structures and financial models with full accountability to CPA and incremental revenue. You can defend spend allocation with data and move quickly when a channel or partner isn't performing.
- Strong negotiation and contract management experience across publisher, creator-commerce, and social commerce partnership structures.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience building affiliate programs at a supplement, health, or wellness DTC brand.
- Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate content in health and wellness verticals.
- Experience with fraud detection and invalid traffic monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Creator Connections and how DTC brands activate it as part of a broader affiliate strategy.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, UGC teams
