Position Overview Field Service Technician role provides advanced technical support to customers and engineers—on-site, in the field, or virtually—across a range of complex tasks. Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of field service experience in both electrical and mechanical domains - Must be a “Road Warrior”—willing and able to travel between 90-100% Skills & Experience - Demonstrated expertise in servicing and troubleshooting power electronic systems, including low and medium voltage switchgear, soft starters, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). - Proven proficiency in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting electrical and power electronic equipment. - Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal - Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Willingness and ability to work extended hours as needed to support urgent customer requirements - Customer-focused professional with a team-oriented mindset and a commitment to service excellence.
