Uncountable Inc.
• Support the Partnerships Director in managing and developing relationships with US-based strategic partners. • Coordinate with the sales team to connect partners to relevant opportunities and assist in joint go-to-market activities. • Assist in onboarding new US partners, ensuring they understand Uncountable’s solutions, positioning, and sales process. • Support partner enablement by organizing training sessions, sharing best practices, and facilitating communication between partner teams and Uncountable’s internal teams. • Collaborate with Marketing to develop co-branded materials, joint case studies, and event participation strategies. • Help maintain engagement with US-based SIs, Global Consultancies, and Implementation & Managed Service Providers to align on customer needs and market trends. • Track partner activity, pipeline, and feedback to inform strategy and improve outcomes. • Travel up to 25% to join partner meetings, attend events, and support joint sales efforts in the US.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, customer success, or services — ideally in enterprise SaaS or R&D software.
- Familiarity with US-based SIs, Global Consultancies, and technology partner ecosystems.
- Experience supporting relationships with large strategic partners (e.g., Zifo, Astrix, Wega, AWS, Microsoft, Deloitte, Accenture).
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically, with occasional international travel if required.

A Day in the Life: The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for maintaining reagent revenue in a prescribed group of laboratory accounts within the ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) of Thermo Fisher Scientific. The individual will be expected to maintain, defend, and grow existing laboratory business in these Reference, Hospital, and Health System Laboratory accounts. S/he is specifically accountable for the strategy development and tactical execution of the Autoimmunity and Allergy account retention in their given geography. They will also be expected to hold regular Customer Business Reviews to work with the commercial team to ascertain and act on opportunities for growth and optimized lab utilization; initiatives that could include profile normalization, sales/outreach training, cultivation of clinical champions, etc. Where such opportunities exist, the role will act as the primary liaison between the customer (procurement, lab administration, bench, Medical Director, Outreach, etc.) and IDD Commercial personnel (RM’s, HSE’s, SAE’s, TSS’s). The individual is expected to have a solid working knowledge of the laboratory industry, laboratory sales (Strategic Selling), and an ability to communicate appropriate clinical messages related to IDD’s assays. This is a field-based position with extensive travel in the assigned territory including: IL, WI, MN, and IA. Keys to Success: Education: - Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or business. Experience: - 5+ years of senior-level sales experience in Diagnostics Sales.
