Contracts Manager

Eleven Eleven

• Overseeing, negotiating and managing contracts within the organization • Preparing, reviewing and executing contracts while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures. • Working closely with various departments to mitigate risks, optimize contractual relationships, and ensure that all parties fulfill their obligations under the agreements. • Providing insights that drive the company’s strategic decisions and growth potential while mitigating risks. • Managing the contract lifecycle from inception to termination, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations. • Maintaining accurate and organized contract records, including electronic and physical files (where applicable). • Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. • Identifying and mitigating potential contract risks. • Collaborating with department heads to manage contractual relationships with vendors and subcontractors. • Preparing and presenting contract status reports to the leadership team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the Tech industry; experience in SaaS industry, hospitality and/or multi-family market preferred.
  • Prior Paralegal experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
  • Strong understanding of IT contracts, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, data processing addenda, and service level agreements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents and explain terms in clear, understandable language.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to IT contracts.
  • Certifications such as Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
  • Prior use of AI tools to help automate job functions.
  • Experience with Cloud computing contracts is highly desirable.
