About the Role We're looking for a Product Designer to join our growing design organization. As a key individual contributor, you'll help shape product strategy and deliver high-quality user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to bring bold ideas to life and ensure that what we design is not only functional but also fast, intuitive, and inspiring. This role requires someone excited to tackle ambitious design challenges, contribute strong design thinking, and use design to drive meaningful business outcomes. How You'll Have an Impact - Partner with cross-functional teams to get design projects prioritized, shipped, and delivering measurable results. - Contribute to multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. - Create design flows, prototypes, sketches, and polished UI. - Participate in design critiques, providing and incorporating constructive feedback. - Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up. - Support process improvements across the design lifecycle. - Adapt the design process to support cross-functional problem solving. - Contribute to team growth and design culture. What You'll Need - 3-5+ years of professional product design experience. - A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design work - from defining problems and audiences through product adoption and iteration. - Experience driving product outcomes through experimentation, data-informed design, and continuous iteration. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and bring cross-functional teams together. - You've already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you're excited to dive in and learn fast. • Deliver high-quality, precision-driven artwork across both print and digital outputs. • Ensure all files are production-ready, pixel-perfect, and aligned with brand and platform standards. • Support the rollout of campaign assets, including the setup of graphics and supers for video and motion content. • Work closely with the motion editor to ensure consistency, accuracy, and seamless production delivery. • Manage multiple projects with strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management. • Conduct detailed pre-flight checks and ensure technical compliance before delivery. • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve artwork or output challenges efficiently. • Balance speed, accuracy, and creative excellence in a fast-paced agency environment. • Contribute to process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and quality standards.

• Design, develop, and optimize business workflows using Appian Process Modeler. • Create process diagrams and documentation using BPMN 2.0 standards. • Build and configure rules, forms, user interfaces, and reports within the Appian platform. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to refine functional and process requirements. • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities. • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments. • Maintain process documentation, workflows, and system updates. • Ensure all implementations comply with enterprise architecture, governance, and development standards. • Assist in process optimization, monitoring, and performance tuning.

• Support the Learning Design Team to meet our client’s training needs • Collaborate with other Learning Designers, Art team and SMEs to: Design appropriate lessons • Get to know learners and their characteristics, the tasks of a position, and what successful performance of these tasks looks like • Work with the client and SMEs to identify resources for developing learning materials • Support clients in understanding the best media and technologies to meet training needs • Break down complex information into an engaging and easy to understand format: Create storyboards for eLearning courses, according to instructional design principles • Examine, and review for clear and consistent delivery • Produce and publish media-rich, responsive content: Create interactions and assemble course content using eLearning software • Support testing of Distributed Learning packages in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assess effectiveness, including SCORM/xAPI reporting • Work with other Learning Designers to grow and enhance your discipline expertise and best practices
