Actionable Outcomes
• Support implementation and oversight of security controls in accordance with federal requirements and contract obligations • Monitor compliance with government security standards and contractual security obligations • Assist with system security planning, documentation, and authorization activities • Support risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking • Coordinate security activities across technical, operational, and program teams • Maintain security artifacts such as: System Security Plans (SSPs), Security assessment reports, POA&Ms and risk registers, Incident response and contingency documentation • Support audits, inspections, and security reviews conducted by government stakeholders, OIG, or third parties • Assist with security incident identification, reporting, and response coordination • Provide security guidance and awareness to project teams and stakeholders • Prepare status reports, briefings, and documentation for government review
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT security roles
- Experience supporting security compliance in regulated or government environments
- Familiarity with federal security concepts such as risk management, access control, incident response, and system authorization
- Strong documentation and writing skills suitable for government audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment
- Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with federal security frameworks and standards
- Experience supporting system accreditation/authorization activities (ATO)
- Knowledge of cloud or hybrid environments and secure system architecture
- Experience coordinating with security stakeholders, auditors, and assessors
- Certifications (a plus): Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or similar

Role Description The Regional Safety Manager will lead and administer Nations Roof’s safety, risk, and compliance programs across multiple commercial construction and roofing projects. This position combines field leadership, program management, and employee training to ensure consistent implementation of company and OSHA standards. Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred), hands-on safety professionals who thrive in dynamic construction environments and are committed to fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
