Manager, Supporter Solutions

• Developexpertise in assigned educational grants, identify educational gaps, and contribute to the development and execution of education plans. • Understand the scope of educational initiatives and their success criteria. • Maintain consistent communication internally and externally regarding activity status, milestones, and grant execution with guidance. • Develop and deliver activity reports, including but not limited to status reports, metrics, outcomes, and educational effectiveness. • Identify educational needs by analyzing program metrics to propose future grant renewal opportunities to grantors. • Collaborate with educational strategists and the business development team on education strategy and grant execution. • Oversee multiple priorities at once. • Lead and/or participate in live meetings with grantors, as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client services role, preferably in medical education, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong aptitude for interpreting and communicating healthcare data in relation to clinical learning and education.
  • Understand the educational needs of healthcare professionals and the metrics that define successful learning engagements.
  • Have ability to translate and align data into supporter-ready insights and evidence-driven strategies.
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills to foster partnerships across analytics, business, and clinical teams.
  • Work flexibly and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Have meeting planning experience and/or project management (preferred).
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage conflict and solve problems effectively.
  • Show strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Understand key principles of project management.
