• Provide comprehensive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer compensation programs • Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding specific client market compensation issues • Conduct job evaluations; analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure and recommend internal job placement in the appropriate level, title, and FLSA classification • Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting salary data, financial modeling, and special research projects • Analyze data to determine the appropriate salary level and job title for existing and proposed positions • Identify complex job matching and data issues and proactively consult with clients and key associates to determine the appropriate course of action • Assist with more complex report and proposal writing related to describing and summarizing project objectives, methodologies, analysis and results, and proof for accuracy

• Leads the end-to-end survey lifecycle, serving as project manager across all phases including survey build, launch, close, and reporting • Oversees questionnaire development, data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting while documenting requirements and specifications • Manages report production, including layout, table and graph generation, narrative development, proofing, and editing, and understands how survey inputs translate to reporting outputs • Reviews final deliverables (e.g., reports, custom analyses, ad hoc requests) to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards • Ensures consistency in analytical approaches, interpretation of findings, and development of insights and recommendations • Oversees quality assurance practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of survey data and reporting outputs • Performs advanced data cleaning and validation and facilitates structured data-cleaning reviews with support from subject matter experts • Validates survey data structures and reporting tables and reviews code outputs to ensure alignment with reporting expectations • Maintains and updates data dictionary documentation when new fields or derived metrics are introduced • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with consulting partners, clients, and survey team members to support effective collaboration and delivery • Serves as a primary client liaison, responding to questions related to survey data and processes, supporting submissions, and proactively anticipating client needs • Communicates project priorities, workload, and progress to stakeholders and provides regular updates on survey project status and risks • Identifies and implements opportunities to improve survey products, processes, and operational efficiency while supporting standardization • Contributes to research insights, articles, and marketing materials through analysis of survey and data assets and maintains awareness of survey scope, budget considerations, and revenue implications • Utilizes the Databricks workspace to run queries, review SQL notebooks, and leverage Databricks AI Assistant to support analysis and troubleshooting

• Lead multiple executive compensation projects from kickoff through final delivery • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions and anticipating needs • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule • Review, refine and customize analyses, presentations, and written recommendations before they go to clients • Delegate work to associates, set clear expectations and provide real-time coaching and feedback • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and draft proposals and statements of work • Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts • Improve internal tools, processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and client experience • Collaborate regularly with Client Relationship Managers and cross-practice teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for co-sourcing engagements • Apply knowledge of best practices, market data and insights when interacting with co-sourcing clients • Manage small engagements within established budgets • Assist in the management of larger, more complex assignments • Conduct varying types of research and analyses across several practice core service offerings • Lead the conduct of analytical work on less complex projects • Identify complex job matching and data issues • Assist with report and proposal writing • Peer review analytics and mentor junior associates • Participate in client delivery team meetings
