• Lead Engineer - Simulation Assisted Engineering (SAE) works within the Plant Integration Engineering team • Collaborate in cross-functional environment of; Systems, Instrumentation & Controls, and Human Factors Engineering • Lead SAE discrepancy resolution process • Ensure compliance with ANS-3.5-2009 • Act as a liaison between Training and SAE for scoping hardware that meets training objectives • Maintain, support, and develop solutions for VM implementation in the SAE environment • Assist in maintaining a singular master plant simulation model in SAE environment • Develop and edit system models in an integrated simulation environment • Develop and run scenarios for single systems, interrelated systems, or entire power plant for various modes of operations • Collaborate with simulation software supplier to prepare plans, procedures, reports, and perform factory and site acceptance tests

• Responsible for leading and coordinating all technical aspects of AC power substation projects • Direct the efforts of engineers and designers, coordinate with sourcing and the project team on technical matters to meet project specifications, cost control, and schedule objectives • Interface with internal and external team members such as principal engineers, Protection and Control Engineers, Civil Structural Engineers, Electrical Physical Designers, Draftsmen, Project Managers, Sourcing, and support organizations • Develop scope of work documents with deliverables and schedule for subcontracted engineering work and oversee the successful completion of the work • Accountable for the performance of engineering team • Provide clear direction, expectations, and reviews to ensure goals are met or exceeded • Writing high voltage equipment specifications and issuance of material purchase request forms

We’re looking for a Lead Generalist Programmer to help drive technical delivery across a range of game development engagements. This role is for a senior engineer who is equally comfortable leading people, collaborating with clients, and getting hands-on in code. You should bring strong technical depth in both Unity and Unreal, experience guiding teams through production, and the judgment to move between gameplay systems, tools, optimization, and platform-specific problem solving as projects demand. What you’ll do - Lead and mentor engineers across active co-development and game development projects - Act as a senior technical partner to production, design, art, and client stakeholders - Contribute hands-on to implementation in Unity and Unreal, depending on project needs - Architect and review systems across gameplay, tools, UI, integration, optimization, and platform support - Establish engineering best practices for code quality, performance, maintainability, and delivery - Help scope work, identify technical risk early, and provide realistic production recommendations - Support hiring, onboarding, and growth of engineering talent within the team - Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Partner with internal leadership and external clients to align technical execution with project goals
