The Provider Enrollment Support Analyst serves as a key liaison between Medicaid providers and the project team, ensuring accurate communication, timely issue resolution, and support throughout the provider enrollment process. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison for Medicaid providers, ensuring clear and effective communication. Research, investigate, and resolve provider questions, requests, and issues with a focus on provider enrollment. - Identify root causes and implement resolutions for provider inquiries and challenges. - Educate providers on applicable policies, procedures, and program updates. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid programs, processes, and guidelines. - Handle customer requests promptly while maintaining a positive provider experience. - Use available tools and resources to deliver accurate and timely research assistance. - Meet all contractual requirements while fostering positive working relationships with providers, colleagues, and project stakeholders. - Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management and client representatives. - Attend in-person visits, training, and events to deliver provider education and support. - Ability to travel up to 10 percent, reliable vehicle required Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience OR Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, and / or Health Plan Managed Care Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Provider Enrollment or Credentialing - MS Office experience "Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
