Job Requirements
- 5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio highlighting motion work
- Figma expert: variables, component properties, auto layout, prototyping
- Rive or equivalent experience creating motion assets and lightweight exports
- Strong visual craft: typography, spacing, composition, timing
- Ability to design and animate visuals, stylize product UI for marketing contexts
- Organized specs, rationale, and handoff documentation
- Work collaboratively across disciplines and communicate design decisions clearly
