Aristo Sourcing
Role Description This is not your typical account management role. Our client is looking for an Account Strategy Manager who wants more than just managing clients, someone who wants to own outcomes, influence strategy, and drive real commercial impact. You won’t be ticking boxes or chasing updates. You’ll be leading accounts, shaping direction, and helping clients scale. You’ll act as the strategic owner of your client portfolio, responsible for turning goals into results. From onboarding through to scale, you will: - Own the client relationship and act as their trusted advisor - Translate business goals into clear, actionable strategy - Guide and align internal teams (media, creative, funnels, etc.) - Monitor performance and turn data into insights and decisions - Identify opportunities to improve, optimise, and scale results - Lead weekly client conversations with clarity and confidence You are the person who ensures everything connects and delivers. What Makes This Role Different: - You are not executing campaigns, you are directing them - You are not reactive, you are proactive and strategic - You are measured on results, not activity - You are accountable for growth, not just communication - If something isn’t working, you don’t escalate it, you solve it. What Success Looks Like: - Clients are growing consistently - Strategy is clear, aligned, and evolving - Performance is improving over time - Clients trust your direction and decisions - There are minimal surprises or escalations Qualifications - Strategic and commercially aware - Confident leading client conversations and decision-making - Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts - Comfortable owning performance and being accountable - Proactive, not reactive - Data-aware and able to translate metrics into action Requirements - You’ll likely come from a marketing / growth / lead generation agency - A high-ticket service or performance environment - A role where you’ve managed multiple clients or accounts - You should be comfortable managing 10–15 active clients at once. This Role Is NOT For You If… - You prefer execution over strategy - You come from a purely support-based background - You avoid accountability or difficult conversations - You need constant direction - You prioritise “keeping clients happy” over driving results Benefits - Work in a high-performance, results-driven environment - Be trusted with real ownership and autonomy - Collaborate with specialists across media, creative, and funnels - Play a direct role in client growth and success - Grow into a senior strategic or leadership position over time Location - Fully Remote - Time Zone: US MST Hours - Salary: $2000- $3500 per month + Commission
